I made it!

One week zombie-free, despite hectic scheduling -- I may have just bought myself another month of burnout avoidance! As a result, I will be back next week to resume my old duties of talking to nobody in particular. As I mentioned last time, it's The Lost Shakespeare Play at EP tonight and the Intimate Program and Program A at The Building Stage's Objects In Motion festival on Saturday.

And on Sunday I'm kicking off my new monthly film-going extravaganza. Movie-hopping used to be one of my favorite pasttimes, but when I started going to see more and more theatre, I noticed I wasn't even aware of what films were playing any more. So I'm setting aside one day a month for a four or five film hop, just to keep up on what's going on. Sunday is I Love You, Man, The Last House On The Left, Sunshine Cleaning, Watchmen, and Knowing. Maybe I'll get some snap reactions up here for those, too, if I'm feeling frisky.

Good to see you back in the swing of things!

If I may, I would like to recommend a show to you: SEQUESTERED at Dream Theatre.

Of all the people I know, I think you would appreciate this show more than anyone. And if not, you'll definitely have VERY strong feelings about it. I certainly did. I hope you can fit it into your busy schedule, because I would love to chat about it sometime soon.

That EP Theater couldn't smell more like piss and mildew if a homeless guy died there.

Thank God the show was a good one.
